Jan 2019: How can you have a huge Apt complex with no model ? Who applies with a you tube video. How do I know that the Apt I'm paying for is the one featured? Not cool at all!! I signed a lease for Spanish Trace Apartments in Tampa, Florida in 2015. I was unable to live in the apartment right away because of a severe roach infestation. Couldn't live in such conditions with a child. After paying rent and the security deposit, I spent even more money to stay in hotels and with friends for weeks until they moved me into a different apartment (which had the same problem, just not as severe). Complained to staff and reached out to regional manager twice with no response. Avoid this place! May 2016: don't let the pretty face fool you. There is a serious roach infestation in this complex. I notified property management and they took steps (chiefly bombing the apt next to me) that made my problem worse I mean seeing 200+ in the day following worse. These are German roaches so weigh your options before settling here. Code enforcement suggested they tent the building.. property management refuses. I'm ending my 3 year stay here early at the expense of my security deposit in preservation of my health. Review from GoogleApr 2016: Horrible security guard, i picked up a guest at the apartment and i was threatened with arrest for loitering. I had no choice i was given one option but arrest. I called the cops. I am trying to resolve this issue.
