Jul 2015: This is really long, but if you're thinking of getting an apartment here, I would highly suggested at least skimming through this review.
First off, I would definitely suggest making them show you the apartment before signing the lease. They didn't show me mine because they claimed it wasn't ready yet, and I got nothing at all what I was shown and said I would get. I came in for a tour and they showed me an amazing looking Oasis model unit, with one bedroom, very soft carpet, a built in bookshelf and well-painted walls. I went ahead and asked for an Oasis unit, hoping to get what I saw at the tour. I was highly disappointed when I walked into my unit to move in.

Jun 2015: I've lived at St. Croix for about a year now and have loved it. The amenities are great, the staff has always been friendly, and the complex is reasonably priced for it's location in my opinion. My only complaint is that the vallet trash doesn't always come when they are supposed to. I have lived in several apartments in the Tampa area and I have definitely enjoyed this complex the most. The pools and gym are both really nice facilities and the dog park is a cute fenced in area with some obstacles for them to play with. Any time that I have ever had an issue the office has always resolved it with efficiency. They have been nothing but courteous and professional towards me.

Jul 2014: Apartments had lots of space. My roommate and I never had any problems there. Its dark at night when walking around, they could use some more street lights but otherwise no safety issues. The gym is small and weights were always missing. There are two pools and two hot tubs which was really nice during the summer when everyone is at the pool. It is not student living so you'll need your own furniture but also means there is not a lot of parties or loud neighbors.
