Jan 2018: It's said that if you have nothing positive to say then don't say nothing at all, right?! WELL, These apartments will neverrr everr have any great things to be said about them ever! WARNING: BELIEVE EVERY REVIEW! The Management is evil and conniving. The Assistant manager rosary is two faced and will reel you in to the apartment with "nice" said things but once you move in You'll find out that she was lying for you to move in and for them to get your money. The property Manage Javier is a big joke. The Monthly rent is not worth the headache, Right after you move in by 3 days you'll start seeing the roaches and how bad it is. The roach infestation is HORRIBLE no matter how many times you have them spray or YOU try and get them out, They'll still be there. Oh and they don't respect any tenant no matter what! Nov 2017: This apartment will screw you once you move out. I moved out had my carpet professionally cleaned and they still charged me to replace my carpet. I had no pets of anything. Management is terrible. Nov 2017: I went in to look at a few places in here and was so amazed with how great the pricing was along with how great the apartments were. Rosary was so helpful and so extremely nice to show me any apartment I wanted to see along with any information and to break down things I didn’t understand. These apartments not all looked dirty because trust me I was hesitant on looking especially with how low the ratings are. But I truly didn’t see anything dirty or rude about the staff. Review from GoogleAug 2017: It would have been great if they told me the apartment had roaches, that that it smelled like a hospice center, or that I would receive a dishwasher that looks like it was used to clean muddy boots. It isn't great having an air conditioner that doesn't work either. The communication from staff is pretty terrible. I'll patiently await the end of another lease. Review from GoogleJun 2017: The girls who work in the office are very nice and I've actually grown to like them very much. The manager is definitely not a people person, so I would avoid him at all cost. The pool is a pretty nice area and the landscaping is always kept really nice. But these few nice things definitely do not outweigh the bad things listed below. So for that, I can't recommend this complex to anyone.
The roach problem is so bad here. I spray. They spray. It's like they feed off of this stuff. I am constantly cleaning to keep the roaches away.
Review from 6/1/17 on GoogleFeb 2017: Absolute worst place to live! AVOID! I repeat, avoid at all costs! They tried to charge us for things that were either damaged or not properly installed WHEN WE MOVED IN. Both our neighbors had their apartments broken into, cops are constantly being called to settle disputes and violence between the neighbors, and there were always questionable people lurking around that definitely didn't belong there. I had to install security cameras and get a guard dog to feel MILDLY safe, because there is horrible lighting and no real security.
Review from 2/13/17 on GoogleOct 2016: I've lived here for about a month and it has been one thing after another. The apartment I moved into was filthy. I literally had to clean the entire apartment. The carpets had spots on them, the kitchen cabinets had traces of food and seasonings left in them, the bathroom cabinet was coming apart. The first time I used the shower, the shower head came flying off the wall and water went everywhere. Maintenance had to be called 2x before it was "fixed" and it's still not properly fixed. The first time I cooked on the stove, the eyes literally caught on fire from the amount of grease stuck to the underside of them.

Jul 2016: Park Avenue is probably the worst place you can choose to live. First off let's start off with the fact the when you go to view the apartment they don't actually show you any of the actual units, they only show you their model apartment. Of course it's going to clean and free of bugs. So I moved in with my two roommates to one of their three bedroom apartments. We were surprised to discover BLACK MOLDin the bed rooms and ROACHES every where. They were also crawling around our fridge. We tried to talk to management about the black mold on the day of our move in and they just shrugged it off.

Upon arrival, I was informed that unit was not available and would not be available for several more days. No calls or messages were received to indicate delays. No apology or concern for situation was offered. not worth living there.
Review from 5/17/16Mar 2016: I love love love the management here!! Besides that, Park Ave has nothing... The apartments are older and they need a considerable face lift, the grounds are not treated nicely by residents (there is probably a 50/50 split between grass and cigarette butts), the price is increasing, and the residents are DISGUSTING. Every apartment adjacent to me is occupied by multiple smokers and the poor old infrastructure cannot handle it. It seeps through cracks in the floor, Windows and walls and all the clothes smell like smoke... I had to keep my A/C on in the winter for air because I couldn't open a window (both balconies below me smoke).
Review from 3/16/16 on Apartment RatingsDec 2015: The community was great up until moving out. In the lease you must have your carpets cleaned professionally or you get charged. I had mine professionally done but they still charged me to replace my carpet. They do not inspect the apt until you have well moved out and they railroad you upon exit. I would not recommend this place to ANY PROSPECTIVE RENTER. Worst experience I have ever had.

Property is close to public transportation, schools, parks as well as the mall and grocery stores. Whenever I need anything done I just Rosary and Javier they are on it the best leasing consultants . They host events by the poo on different occasion and have a live DJ. One morning they where giving out juice and muffins showing there tenants appreciation.
Review from 8/27/15 on Apartment RatingsJul 2015: While the units are quite nice, there is no internet. They claim you can receive "high-speed" internet, but they have no infrastructure in place to do so! You're only options are Verizon or INC which provide a dialup service. I called q dozen other companies, but without the infrastructure, you will not be able even watch a 3minute Youtube without a 20 minute wait. So of you don't like the internet, than this is the place for you.
