Jul 2015: I tried with this apartment. I sincerely did. Maintenance is kind and fast. It is convenient if you attend USF. The staff tries to plan nice events for the residents. After that, be ready to deal with unprofessional staff, who allows their perception of you get in the way of helping you with a situation. Be ready to for the gates to never function, leaving room for intruders. The price is not worth it. From the random people walking around, limited guest parking, unattractive patios, dirty pool and hot tub. My friend and her roommates got robbed multiple times and they were blaming them for it. The staff will know negative things about a room before you move in, but they will pretend nothing is wrong with it. Be prepared for your stuff to get ruined when outside companies come in to refurnish.

Are there any places where I can meet with many USF apartment communities, in person, at one location? At USF, there is a wonderful event called the Bull Market. At the Bull Market many of the local apartment communities will have a booth. At their booth you can get shirts or other branded items as well as ask any questions....read more
Jun 2014: I lived here for over 2 years with 3 leases...and I only stayed because of their distance to the school and they offered the cheapest rate. The bus stop is right in front of the complex and it takes a short 15 minutes bike ride to ENB. No need to cross a dangerous, busy road.
But as far as living situation goes...terrible. They do everything to the minimal. Within in the 3 apartment I had, they only cleaned one of them when I moved in. All apartments were almost always infested by fruit flies.
The pool is usually pretty dirty too. Last time I checked, the hot tub is discolored.
My last apartment had a giant moldy hole on the ceiling and it took them 2 months to fix it (that includes the many threats about reporting to the health inspector since we were all having respiratory problems).
