Jan 2018: Never any parking,staff never gets anything correct,bugs in the apartment even after having it sprayed. Trash was never picked up and animals always got in to it. Way over priced for what you get,I don't recommend this place to any one. Review from Google
Nov 2017: This apart looks pretty nice when you look at it first, but when you look at detail. Everything is very old. The entrance gate always have problem to get in, the walk in gate is alway open, no matter for the day or night. The management would use promotion to lure you to live here, but when your lease comes to the end, they increases the rent a lot more than you expect. Here comes the apartment unit, it is always dark inside of your unit. I found ants and roach in my unit when I moved in, They charge 25 bucks for collecting trash, but sometimes, they ignore it, just leave it at your door. This is probably one of reasons having roaches and ants, cause they don't take care of your trash even you pay for your trash. For the past year, they always have endless constructions going on. Leasing agents challenged with knowledge of the product. New and conflicting disclosure for pricing, availability etc. Signed several leases due to errors and increases in price. Might consider recording conversions. That said, after outside lighting was fixed, now feel safe in the apartment and grounds. would recommend with full disclosure as partially indicated. Review from GoogleNov 2017: After living at this complex for more than 3 years, I can say that I am severely disappointed with what it has become. When my family first moved in, the office staff was great. Since then, it has gone downhill. The assistant manager griselle speaks to you like you are an idiot and doesn't listen to you at all and Cody, one of the leasing agents, looks down his nose at you, like you are nothing and that he would rather not be bothered by you at all.
Many useless upgrades to the exterior and the clubhouse, when the upgrades should have been done to the actual apartments. Hand me down appliances that date back to the late 90s or early 2000s. We were told when we moved in that we would have upgraded appliances. Yeah right. Never happened. We even had to wait 3 years for the bar shelf to be fixed properly, so that it wasn't a safety hazar Review from GoogleSep 2017: I'm a new resident here, and so far I love the place. Some pretty bad reviews here, so I wanted to balance things a bit. The staff has been very nice and friendly. I haven't had any maintenance issues, so that's a good thing, but I can't comment on how they would be handled. I moved here from Virginia without even seeing the place, so I had my fingers crossed tight. I think it's a great choice, and I love it so far. There is a beautiful small lake near the property, and you may even see a gator hanging out! Also, very convenient to the interstate and many grocery and food options. My wife is on the faculty at USF, and this is a great place not too close to campus, but still walk-able, about 2 miles. I would give five stars, but I think I have not lived here long enough to justify that assessment. I will update! Review from GoogleJun 2017: Looks like a decent place to live but the security lady would not let our Home Depot truck on the property to deliver product to the contractor remodeling units. I guess this is the place to be if you want to feel secure.

The staff in the office are rude and lack communication. The model and the actual apartment are totally different: much smaller. There are so many bugs and I try to keep it under control by having my cleaning lady come more often. I'm always calling maintenance cause there's always something wrong in my apartment. My washer broke down so many times after washing my comforter; it even destroyed it. There are so many raccoons that if I come home late I have to call my boyfriend or brother to come outside so I can go home.

May 2017: My home, wife and I have been here for 8 years and we love it. Best place in Tampa, maintenance is quick and courteous. Management has always treated us fairly, wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
Review from 5/13/17 on GoogleJan 2017: The apartments are older but have been renovated nicely. The cabinets are still rather old though and when I go in my bathroom it smells like old wood. The one and only window I have that is not to my patio is cracked and was so on move in and it doesn't even open. Most of the appliances are new so that's s plus. The gate situation is horrendous. I was given a sticker to put on my car but every night I get home I have to wait for someone else to show to be able to get in. Not to mention my first have not been able to get in even with giving my name to the guard and being on my guest list. Nice area but the apartment as a whole is not really worth what I will be paying.

I can share with you. Bathrom issues still not done. We are out of bathroom since one week. I will take this matters further. This is ridiculous. This is Christmas time. Our Family is here. We have one Bathroom to access. Office are fixing bathroom since one week still not done. Kodi(from Office) promise me they will fix it before Friday but he lied us. When i called office at 5 to fix it. Office said maintainance people left. We can't fix it. You guys ruin our Christmas. Thanks for providing fantastic customers Services. Since one month we are facing issues.
Review from 12/24/16 on Apartment RatingsNov 2016: The apartment itself was very okay for how much I was paying when I initially moved in. However, over the course of my tenancy at Mezzo of Tampa Palms we had a roach infestation forcing me who has bad asthma to vacate the premises for an extended period of time due to constant respiratory infections from inhalation of roach bits. Of course when we filed a complaint about this problem with the office they sent an exterminator in an UN-timely fashion. That exterminator must have sprayed our apartment 8 times over the course of 8 months and it never did anything to reduce the roach population.

Review from 10/13/15 on Apartment RatingsOct 2015: I have lived at Mezzo apartments for almost two years now and I have enjoyed every minute of it. They have made lots of changes over the past years with upgrades to the community center, pool, painting of buildings, landscaping, and new roofing. The apartments are VERY spacious and have a washer/dryer included. The only down fall but also a plus is the parking. There is not a lot of parking and people tend to park on sides of curbs; however, they have garages that you can rent monthly (which I highly recommend). Maintenance is always on top of things if anything goes wrong. They get to you in a timely manner, which is always nice when you have those unwanted problems. Overall, this is a great community with a great staff!

They don't know how to speak to you nor do they great you upon entrance to the office. They always made me feel like I was bothering them... but this is your JOB! The manager is ok. Maintenance needs training as well. They just put band aids on stuff instead of actually fixing the issue. We had issues with HUGE palmetto bugs. At one point we were seeing at least three a day. Pest control is a joke. They came and left a note on the door that they had sprayed but I was home all day. This place has potential but it is a joke. Definitely over priced. Just don't move here.
Review from 9/25/15 on Apartment RatingsJul 2014: I Lived in the back of the community where it was quiet. Apartment is not furnished. Never had any problems with the place, it was clean but a little older than other places. Most of the apartments are already wired for FIOS. They have two pools, one for doing laps in and another for everyone else. Parking was really bad. If you're someone who gets home late, I would consider getting a garage otherwise you'll be parking on the other side of the community some nights.
