I am looking to sublease my unit in a 4x4 apartment. Unit comes with a private balcony, bathroom, and 🚶 walk-in closet, with a common area living room and full kitchen. The 3 other roomates are 👨 guys, but they will all be gone most of the summer for internships, so 👨 guy is prefferred but a 👩 girl would work too if she is comfotable with it. Washer and dryer are included inside the unit.
-Rent is $ per month but 💡electric overages usually take it to about $.
-Full gym, 🏊 pool, game room
-🌉 gated parking lot and good security
-Very close to 💚 USF campus 5 minute drive to the center of campus
