I have a bedroom lease in a 4x4 at Malibu apartments right across the street from 💚 USF on th street. I signed a year long lease and graduated in December. Im currently working in Orlando and have no use for the apartment anymore. The lease runs through July so if you need a place for spring and summer a/b/c its a good location to 🚶 walk to campus.
