Dec 2016: Most of the reviews are because you get "Resident Rewards" for giving them good ratings. The people who work the front office are wonderful. The upper management is beyond ridiculous. I was towed for being parked in a reserved spot when the words were so covered in dust and faded (the place is under a year old how is it even faded) that it's invisible without getting your nose in the dust.Also had to have my car towed from there because it seemed like my car wouldn't start but my theft system was the problem. To see if the problem was a malfunctioning theft system or someone actually tried breaking into my car, I asked the office if I could see the videos because there are cameras right by where I was parked and he told me I would have to file a police report to see if my car had been broken into.

Dec 2016: Is it expensive? Yes, no doubt about it. But I came from a place that had serious issues with not only roaches, but bedbugs, and the staff were extremely unhelpful. I have never seen any kind of bug in my apartment. The staff do what they can to help you and are willing to work with you. Maintenance is super nice and willing to help with the small things. I do wish they had had more time for finishing touches because the apartment itself was a rush job. I only wish that the coffee shop would open but it is on the coffee shop, not the Uncommon staff, for why it is so. If I wasn't graduating this December, I would have gladly stayed here.

Dec 2016: LOVE living here! The office staff are always very helpful and nice and the amenities are amazing! They are always having free events for residents and it's a brand new building so everything is new, updates and clean :-)
