Hey 👨 guys, I am subleasing my 3x3 apartment bedroom at Lark on nd. The move-in date is March 1st and the lease is until July . The rent is $+ $ installment fee. The utilities are all included. I do not have a parking spot because I don&#;t have a car, but you can always add a parking spot once you move in, costing around $. I live with two 👩 girls and they are great. We like to treat this apartment as our home, so we keep everything 🎇clean and organized. We share all of the kitchen stuff, so you wouldn&#;t have you buy anything. Lark is 5 minutes from 💚 USF and there is also a bull runnerstop right next to the building. I am looking for someone to do this as soon as possible. Please contact me for any extra information.
