Looking to sublease a 1 bedroom in a 4x4 at Lark on nd ASAP as I need to go back home due to Covid, but only 2 other roommates live there so it&#;s technically a 3x3. The two other roommates are gone a lot of the ⌚time because of work. Rent is with the rest of October, and all of June and July already paid. I will also take care of all signing fees. So all you have to pay is November/May and you get basically 3 months for free.
