Oct 2019: Never had a problem with the staff. Very friendly and they always have been attentive to your needs. If you have a maintenance issue, they have always been fast to get the situation handled in a timely manner. My AC went out, and it was literally fixed the next day. With no problems. I've never had a problem with roaches? The ones people are talking about probably has to do with their own hygiene. My family has been here for almost 5 months and we are very happy with our home ❤ Review from Google

Sep 2019: Beautiful, spacious apartment surrounded by lakes and nature. Big screened in porch and a built in fireplace. The dog park and the 2 pools are definitely a plus. I have a 2 year old daughter so the only thing it is missing is a playground for children! Please consider at least building a small swing set near the dog park! Chris at the leasing office was very friendly, patient and communicative really making the move in process easy! He helped us every step of the way. The entire leasing staff was amazing! Aug 2019: Quite living at an affordable price. Can do a lil better as far as gym amenities, gym needs to be modernized and not pay a monthly fee if you want to use it after 6pm. Love the things they do for our community and food truck Friday’s are awesome. Love the fact they gave school supplies to our kids for back to school and the weren’t cheap no name brands. Jul 2019: Great experience since the beginning. I came during the most stressful time in my life and when I need an apartment right away. The staff has welcomed me to the community with open arms. When one person couldn't assist, another person stepped in and they really exemplify TEAM work!! I’m glad I found this place. Review from Google
Jul 2019: i used to love these apartments. I’ve been living here for almost 12 years. Now I have kids. And I used to be able to walk around the community and enjoy the beautiful trees and lakes. But now, it’s horrible!! These new people that are moving in are very dirty! They leave trash literally EVERYWHERE!! Just the other day a guy threw his trash from his car into the parking lot!! I can’t even walk around with my kids anymore without having to smell the trash they leave from outside the dumpster! And it’s literally on ALL the dumpsters! It’s sad! This is a beautiful place but these new people are careless. And I don’t feel safe anymore. I don’t even let my son walk to his friends house anymore either! I don’t know what’s going on but It’s getting ridiculous . One more year here and I’m out. To me, cleanliness and safety is number one for me especially because I have kids! Review from Google
Jul 2019: I was told that they supply you with a container to put your trash in to set outside your door to be picked up, since I expressed my concerns of Racoons getting in your garbage, then they will want to send you a letter stating your trash was left everywhere. Of course no containers. Review from Google
Jul 2019: I moved in close to a year ago and it’s been great living here. The office staff always makes me feel welcomed and cared for. I’ve liked it so much that I decided to renew my lease and upgrade to a bigger apartment. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Review from Google

Jun 2019: I went to visit this property inquiring about a 3bedroom apartment. The “MANAGER” was very rude and impatient. He wasn’t very helpful at all it almost seemed like he was pushing me away. He made me feel as if he didn’t want me on the property, or like I was bothering him. The lady that sits in the front (Trina) was very helpful she answered all of my questions and gave some helpful information. I was very interested in renting there but the way the manager treated me was wrong, I decided to rent somewhere else where the property manager was welcoming, polite and patient. He is not a good look for the establishment you all lost a very good tenant because of the managers foolishness!! Review from Google
Jun 2019: I am not very pleased about their business practices. Leasing agents are sharp mouthed only a young lady named Alana is very polite. Assistant manager was not honest about all the extra $$ Fees on Top of RENT. Example: Trash Valet $25 a month but they pick up 3x a week before 9:00am and animals mess it up. Pest Control $5 a month but they only spray every 3 months. Admin Fee $3.50 a month But they charge $35 sign-up fee. Water start up Fee $30-$40 Gym Fee $35 a year for an afterhours key. Maintenance requests are timely. Residents do Not clean up after their pets and the property outside smells like dog s*** all the time. The Specials they talk about on their website it's selected Apts we got a 2 bedroom and got nothing. These are NOT Luxury Apts and any upgrade you must pay EXTRA Like stupid stuff for example if appliances are black or white etc which is a stupid reason because you are Not buying them PLUS they not the modern fancy glass ceramic stove tops or air powered ovens Review from Google

May 2019: The Jewish dozen is of 13 my father said it, for that reason the lease is for 13 months, now I see that it was telling the truth. The owners are Jews that is why the black and white traffic signs, I lived there when it was Cypress Run and the transfer to what is now ,I'm not posting any review,I enjoyed the time I lived there and I don't know how it's now,I just only answer to a reviewer about the 13 and Jewish Review from Google

Most places when you sign 13 mo they give either a half month OFF the 1st mo rent or waive some fees. In this property nothing. Apr 2019: These so called "luxury" apartment homes are a joke. I just moved out after what felt like the longest 12 months of my life. So where do I begin to describe my oddysee... first of all the floors cave in so badly that I was literally walking on eggshells out of fear I would break through the carpet into my neighbors apartment. Second you're forced to pay for a $25 trash "valet" that you can't use because of the rabid racoon invasion that dig into anything remotely edible if left outside for longer than 2 seconds. The front office is apparently too busy with not replying to resident complaints or competing in who has the worst customer service attitude to bother setting specific times for the non-optional trash pick-up. Leaving the apartment after dark requires to be equipped for a zombie apocalypse to ward off possible racoon attacks. This situation has gotten so bad that people pile up their trash bags outside the dumpsters just to prove a point Review from Google

Nov 2018: This complex is not bad to reside in as far as the apt size and amenities, but their landscaping is not the best, steps are broken and I have been there for a year and still not sturdy. the parking is terrible for residents and visitors. I don’t know if they have big families residing there or what but finding parking is the worse. Especially if you are pregnant or you have small children. The manager Joy is very rude and nasty over email and phone but when in person a different person. The workers act as if they can’t function without being micro managed. It’s just very frustrating. I would never recommend any to them.
Nov 2018: I've been living here for 6 months and I'm not happy at all. When I moved in here, I wasn't informed about a lot things such as the laundry center works and that there's a monthly fee for the trash service on top of the rent. Also when I first moves in, I pointed out all the things that needed to fix just so that I don't get charged for whatever is already there. That work order disappeared so I went in to put in that work order and FINALLY an older man came and fixed everything. He helped me open the a/c filter compartment and to find out the whole time there wasn't a filter. So basically my daughter and I have been breathing in all that dust and whatever. I'm disappointed with this company and place. If I could I would give 0 stars. Review from Google

Aug 2018: I just moved in on the 1st. I love my apartment so far. Jessica helped me get my apartment asap when I direly needed a place. I applied on the 31st and got moved into my one bedroom on the first. She was prompt with everything, thank you, love! I appreciate it! I had a small electric issue with my kitchen light and microwave. Went into the office at 5 after maintenance left, an off duty maintenance man checked the issue, promised to have someone in the next day. 9:30 am the next day, he was back and fixed my light issue quickly. Prompt and quick. I love the view of the trees and water. I look outside of my windows and see nothing but nature. It is pretty here, and the nature aspect really does it for me. I am looking forward to my year here! Review from Google
Jul 2018: Despite some minor hiccups with maintenance (which appears to be solved as they are better staffed now), I do enjoy living at Landmark at Grayson Park. I have been a resident for 2 years now and have just renewed my lease for a third year. They have made the renewal process as painless as possible and are always available when I have needed to contact them or simply needed to ask a question. I am looking forward to spending another year here. Review from Google
Jun 2018: If I could this place would get no stars!! From the first few months I moved in there has been one problem after another. First my ac keep freezing and the office kept telling that heat rises and it takes a long time for the apartment to cool off because it’s on the third floor. So I took a picture at 1am to show then and when I threaten to call their corporate office is when they wanted to replace the whole unit after trying to patch it up. Then my refrigerator broke and they tried to patch that up and at the end they had to replace that too. Now my toilet has not been work for over a month and they tried to find it but couldn’t, so they call themselves ordering a new one and it took over a month and every time I would go to the office and no one could give me any answer on when it would be fix. Jun 2018: First impression: I went today 6/12/18. Gentleman in the office dark hair and beard did NOT WANT to be bothered ! Not friendly, spoke over me, etc. If you are miserable that’s fine, at LEAST ACT LIKE YOU WANT TO RENT APARTMENTS! I see why the reviews are bad. Forget it, I’m looking elsewhere.
