Hey everyone! My roommate and I are looking for two 👩 femaleS to take over our leases starting May 1st-July st! Each would get their own bedroom and bathroom in a 3/3 at Halo, less than 5 min from 💚 USF. It comes fully furnished with a washer and dryer in the unit as well! Rent would be $/month with utilities + $/month for parking in a parking garage. This rate is between $ cheaper than the rate they are currently offering for brand new leases! We have a 👩 femaleroommate () who is very chill and quiet. She goes to 💚 USF and works a lot so she pretty much keeps to herself when she’s around. We are looking to fill these spots ASAP so please message me if you’re interested or want more pics/details!! I will pay the lease transfer fee and I’m also willing to help out with the application fees.
