Hello! I&#;m looking for someone to take over my lease at Halo from August , to July , for $ a month. I’ll pay the subleasing application fees. If you want to move in earlier in July then just let me know and I can arrange that too; it would be $ just for July’s rent. You’ll be in a 4x4 with your own private bedroom and bathroom. My bed is the far left one in the floorpan picture. The apartment is new, fully furnished, and has an Alexa in every unit. It’s close to 💚 USF and also has a parking garage. My roommates are 🎇clean and work most of the day, so it’s pretty quiet and you’ll have the apartment to yourself. I renewed before finding out that all my classes are online, so I decided to go back home. But I’ve had no complaints since I’ve moved here. I plan on resigning here again once my classes go back to in-person. If you have any questions feel free to message me.
