Sunny, pool view, spacious, only complaint is lack of closet space but Florida people don't wear coats so they don't need coat closets, I've found! Staff is friendly. don't love the street parking on a busy road with the Bruce B Downs road construction going on but I've learned to deal. Aug 2015: I've lived here for almost a year now and if I weren't moving to a different state, I think I would still not renew my lease at Greenwich Commons. Overall, it is a nice place to live but the plumbing issues are so awful that it's not even worth putting up with to live here. But I'll make this as thorough and honest as possible.
The cons:
The day I moved in, there was a giant puddle of water underneath my bathroom sink. The kitchen sink (which does not have a garbage disposal) and bathroom sink drain into the same pipes so if you do a load of dishes without carefully wiping down each dish before you wash it, both sinks back up and the bathroom sink leaks.
