Aug 2015: This is not the place to live if you are a college student. The management changed about a year ago and it is all illegals. Two or three families crammed in one apartment. Cars were broken into and stuff was stolen off our back screen porch . The police even admitted this place was a problem. The neighbors upstairs ac leaked and flooded our pantry and it was never fixed. The maintenance guy put a piece of sheet rock there..but it still leaked and we had mold. Unfortunately we were stuck in our lease. We were promised new appliances and carpet cleaning when we signed the second year, only that never happened b/c of new management.

May 2015: They are I guess trying to fix things here, they got rid of one of the girls in the office Caitlyn, that was a start, she never was honest with me, got the apartment and was shown a model that was awesome, but omg far from what I got, I got a apartment that has rust in both sinks, shower falling apart, washer and dryer from literally the 80s, the paint on the walls, I believe a five year old did. If I was told there was update apartments and non updated I would have told them I wanted to get the updated one from the get go. They have no lighting in this complex, total darkness. Cant open my windows due to wasp nest and cant go on balcony due to nest as well.

Apr 2015: MOLD! MOLD! MOLD! If you do not want to risk jeopardizing your health stay far away from this mold infested and cockroach infested place. When we initially moved here about 3 years ago this place was pretty reasonable, aside from the roach issue. But every year they jack up the prices and have nothing to show for it. The cabinets, appliances, AC (which by the way mine is clearly from the 80s) all need to be updated. On top of that, the office staff ladies have no idea what they are doing and are dumb as hell! I have literally called over 5 times and went in person as well to address this disgusting mold we have seeping through the walls.

May 2014: Love it here! It's so nice & quiet :) The girls on the office are absolutely wonderful. The apartments are nice & big & pet friendly. Wish I didn't have to move out of state :( I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Mar 2014: Well, I submitted an application for an apartment last month and paid $65 application fee and $300 deposit without seeing the apartment or a model of the apartment that I was paying for (there was none to show at that time). I went to pick up my keys on a Friday to move in on a Saturday and that was when I saw the apartment for the first time. I requested that some things should be fixed before I move in on Saturday. On Saturday, I went with the intention of signing my lease and moving in same day but the issues I complained about hadn't been fixed still. Then I decided that I couldn't wait any longer and wasn't interested in the apartment anymore.
