Apr 2016: Stay away from this apartment. Every previously mentioned negative comment is true. On top of this the manager forced my son to change apartments during his school's finals week because of a roommate dispute which he arbitrarily decided was my son's fault.

Mar 2016: There is one person in particular, XXXX, who works in the office who is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He does absolutely the bare minimum and absolutely refuses to provide any type of customer service. I had a simple request, a service guy to come to my place ANY weekday before 3 PM and he said that is simply not possible. I spoke with someone else about the dirty toilet when I moved in and he pleasantly arranged for someone to come to my residence before 3 PM. The other office worker did not seem to think this was a problem at all, but XXX simply would not budge.

Dec 2015: No stars. Lies.deception.extortion.manipulation. Laziness.incompetence. All the qualities of bmb. They only care about taking ppls money. They have no regards for their tenants and their needs. They have the laziest staff sitting on their butts thinking up ways to extort ppls hard earned money. The place itself is nasty. Nothing works n there's no such thing as maintenance.if they think they gonna get my hard earned money, they are just pedi tan.

Dec 2015: I have lived with Boardwalk prior to new management and I can say it has been a complete 360! New Management came in and completely upgraded the place! Hardwood floors were placed in our living rooms, 50 in tvs were mounted to the walls, wifi routers were placed in every unit and they even installed a doggie park! Rent is all inclusive and absolutely affordable for college students like myself! The main reasons why I moved to Boardwalk was because of its location, gates, private shuttle to USF, 24 hour clubhouse and largest bedrooms! I really liked the fact that it was a gated community but on top of that, the 24 hour clubhouse is on a gate card system!

Sep 2015: This place is terrible... Both managers and employees suck.... And by suck.. I mean they are terribly unprofessional. How are they still in business..?

Apr 2015: I've never written a negative review before and normally I think that those who write negative reviews are just being irrational or seeking vengeance or something. But please believe this review. I am really trying to help anyone considering living here. If you like to sleep or are interested in doing well in school, then this is not the place for you. If your main mission is to party and you don't give a crap about school, then Boardwalk is probably heaven. Boardwalk is by far the worst place I have ever lived and I don't think I can imagine living anywhere worse. My direct neighbor who blasts music all through the night.
