Oct 2019: Many improvements have been made recently and more to come! Nice new paint job on all the buildings, great color scheme, new parking lot, new lighting, the pool has been redone, and new landscaping is going in! Right in front of bus stop, and it is one of the very few pet friendly neighborhoods around. It is a pet friendly condo but it depends on the owner of each apartment whether you could have a pet. Review from GoogleJul 2016: My wife and I looked at these apartments when we first moved to Tampa. The ads are very deceptive!! While we were waiting for our real estate broker to show up, we were approached by the County Sheriff patrolling the area! Wow! He asked if we were there to buy drugs? We promptly asked him why he would be so inclined as to ask us this, he said..."Bavarian Village is a high crime and drug sales area". Also from our perspective,"even though we were just looking for temporary housing until our house closed" Bavarian Village is a thug infested dump!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

At USF, there is a wonderful event called the Bull Market. At the Bull Market many of the local apartment communities will have a booth. Aug 2013: Absolutely love renting here! I've been living here for a couple years now and it's awesome! My condo is very spacious and the best part is that there's a screened in balcony outside my master bedroom. I also have a balcony outside my living room. Also I have my reserved parking spot right outside my condo. Water, sewer, and trash is included in my rent! How cool is that!?!?!? All I have to pay is my rent and electric with my other personal bills. I don't think I'll move from here till I graduate from USF :) There's also the swimming pool that's usually cleaned every few weeks and it's quiet around here. The best part is the property has a variety of age groups... It's not all college students. I haven't seen anything ghetto about this place for the two years I've lived here compared to some of the other properties. Review from 8/28/2013 on Apartment Ratings
