I have b/1ba apartments available at Avalon Heights that my roommates and I are trying to sublease for the rest of our lease (until July st). The private rooms are fully furnished, and spacious, with amenities like a private bathroom, 🚶 walk-in closet, and balcony. The common area of the apartment has a kitchen, furnished living room, and washer & dryer. Included at the Avalon Heights complex is a 🏊 pool, gym, basketball / tennis court, volleyball court, and study center. We are looking for people to move in at the end of June.
