Oct 2015: I am currently a resident on this property and I will highly advise other people interested in living here DO NOT! What you see is not what you get at all. Despite it being a beautiful property you don't get what is promised. One the gates are always open so it is not a gated community I have lived here since May and none of the gates have been fully operational since we have been here and for not being in the best of areas that is a must so no safety at all. Two the office staff is terrible between not knowing what's going on and their attitude is terrible none of those ladies have good customer service skills at all.

Aug 2015: We have lived here over 5 years and this place has gone from truly great to pretty awful. Yes, maintenance used to be wonderful. Now no one answers the phone at the front office and they do not call you back. Each management company they hire gets worse. Our AC went out on a Sunday and it is now Mon and no one has shown up yet. Lack of Ac in Florida USED to be an urgent work order at every apartment complex I have lived in. I have placed 3 work orders which now goes to some centralized call center and they call in the work orders. Someone did call late yesterday and said they would be here and never showed.
