Rent is $ but with utilities it can come to about $. The 💡electric bill is separate. The location isn&#;t far from the 💚 💚 USF campus, it&#;s about minutes away
It&#;s also a fairly new town so there&#;s a lot of nice convenient places nearby like: Ross, Marshall, ðŸ†🏆best Buy etc
The AMC theatre ðŸ¿is also not too far away
Publix is less than minutes away
Crunch 💪ðŸ¾less than 2 minutes away
The patio is very spacious in addition to there&#;s also a den you can share where you can store your things as well.
