Sep 2015: Place was freaking unbearable. Freshman come from the college every weekend and trash the place. Peeling in the stair ways. don't ask your friends to come visit. This place will tow your car with no hint of compassion and leave you paying 200+ fine just to get your car back. My buddy's expensive bike was damaged multiple time and was eventually stolen. This place sucks and the entire complex is dirty and freaking disgusting beyond means. STAY THE HECK AWAY. CAUTION DO NOT ENTER.

Jul 2015: Overall (for college housing) it is good. Note that all college housing is bad, whether on-campus or off-campus My son lived here 8-2013 to 7-2015. As a parent I did not have any major bill problems, no excessive dirt problems, and he learned to cook. It is a four bed, four bath, apartment, so the other three suite-mates, this is very important when regarding kitchen, living room, but he had a private bath and there is a washer-drier in the unit. Unlike on-campus, it is a 12 month lease, so he did not have to evacuate on the holidays. There is a reasonably safe car parking area, and it has a gate.
