One bedroom available for rent with Uncommon Apartments! The bedroom has its own bathroom attached that will not be shared with anyone else. There are three other 👩 femaleroommates that will also be living in the 4 bedroom apartment. I attended UNCW last semester and am deciding to stay at home (Charlotte) next year and am looking for someone to take my place in this ❤️lovely apartment! The complex also has a gym, a coffee bar, and many other utilities that are listed on the Uncommon Wilmington website. The $ a month includes all utilities except for 💡electricity and the apartment is going to be fully furnished by move-in day. Even though it is $ a month, the total would be cheaper than paying for an apartment on campus, and everything would be brand new, not used. I do not have any pictures because Uncommon is a new complex that is still currently being built, so no one will have lived in the apartments previously, you will be the very first tenants so there is no risk of any previous damage or anything like that. The buildings will be finished prior to move in day, but since they are still being built the pictures attached are replicas of how the apartments will look/be furnished.
