Hello, I&#;m looking to move out of my room at Redpoint. I ❤️love the house but have found a studio. The rent comes with wifi, 🌊 water, trash, sewage, parking. You only need to pay for 💡electric. It is a 3 bed, 3.5 bathroom. The room comes with furniture such as a bedframe, dresser, table, desk, and your own 🚶 walk in closet and private bathroom. The rest of the house is also furnished. I would have the place 🎇cleaned up for you and ready for you to move in. Redpoint is very accommodating and would need you to only fill out an application to take over mine, no security deposit or application fee either. It&#;s also has a close 🚍 bus stop if you need that! It&#;s a pay by room so you are not liable for any damage besides yours and because of this it is only one person per bed.
I would prefer 👩 females who are at UNCW who are in their s to reach out. My roommates are great and ❤️love to go out on the weekends but will stay in and keep to themselves
