I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease starting March . There are only two of us. The apartment is 🐕 pet friendly, the other roommate currently has her dog and attends UNCW. I have an apartment lined up to be leased in March and really am needing someone to finish this lease. I have not renewed, nor has anyone else. You’ll have your own private bathroom, spacious closet and the bedroom comes prefurnished but if you do not want the furniture in the bedroom, the complex can remove the furniture.
