Hi! The room is located in a 3 bed 3 bathroom apartment at Aspire . The apartment and room are fully furnished and the rent includes all utilities. Each room has its own full bathroom, and this one listed has a 🚶 walk-in closet. There are two other roommates already, both are 👩 female and students and UNCW. They are charming, and I have had zero problems with them since staying with them. The apartment includes wifi, central heat, and a/c, and in-unit washer and dryer.
