👩 females only. I am subleasing a bedroom at Aspire . The apartment complex has a 🏊 pool, clubhouse, volleyball net, hammock garden, basketball court, and much more. It is a great place to live. The only reason I’m leaving is because I’ve decided to move back home. I have two roommates, both 👩 girls. One goes to UNCW and the other goes to CFCC. It tends to stay fairly quiet in the apartment and my roommates keep things 🎇clean. The rent is $ a month. Their is an 💡electricity allowance. If you go over, the cost is spilt three ways. We have never went over more than $ a piece (normally during the summer). I am willing to pay the first month’s rent, which would be for August. Text me if you are interested.
