Looking for someone to sublease my room in The Province. It is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The room is huge, has a 🚶 walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom to match. Rent includes all amenities and utilities. The apartment complex provides furniture (bed frame, mattress, a dresser, desk and chair, bar stools, dining room table and chairs, couches, and flat-screen all in the living room). Each room has its own key and lock.
There is only one other roommate who is super nice and respectful.
Move-in can be whenever needed, but I would ❤️love to move out as soon as possible. February rent will be paid!
