I am subleasing my unit at Spartan crossing for spring semester but the move-in will be available already from the 9th of December. The Unit is fully furnished and has a private bathroom. The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen with a dishwasher and also a laundry room with a laundry machine and a tumble dryer. The apartment comes with many benefits:
- great location: only a min 🚶 walk from campus
- free parking just outside the building
- gym, 🏊 pool area, and study room available for free
I am sharing the apartment with 2 roommates. They are very easy to get along with, they keep 🎇clean and are never noisy or disturbing in any way. Both of them are student athletes so most of the ⌚time they spend at campus anyway.
