👩 female sublet preferred. Roommates work a lot so most likely to see them at night. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment. I also have a parking pass. 🚶 walking distance to UNCG ( MIN 🚶 walk). Other amenities that are available are a -hour gym, a swimming 🏊 pool, and freewifi. This unit is not furnished however I am more than likely to leave some furniture behind if you prefer.
