2 Bedroom and 2 bathroom living space. Appliances are stainless steel with a washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom is available, it has a full 🚶 walk-in closet with a full bathroom ( garden tub). I do currently have 1 👩 femaleroommate and all utilities and rent are split. 🌊 water is included in the rent pricing while 💡electric,cable and wifi are separate utilities.
