I had to move back to my hometown so the room is available now. There is no additional costs, parking is included in the rent. The lease ends in July but you may renew it if you’d like to stay longer. This room comes furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk/chair. The bedroom has a bathroom and nice size 🚶 walk in closet. There is currently 3 really sweet 👩 females living here. The complex is nice it has a community fitness center, 🏊 pool, and beach volleyball.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
