Hi there! I&#;m looking for someone to take over my lease (which lasts till July 1st) because I am graduating from UNCC this semester and moving into an apartment closer to my job. I move in on May nd, but if you want to move in even sooner or later than the date I listed, just email me! I&#;ll pay April&#;s month if you decide to do so.
You’ll be sharing the kitchen space and common room with my current roommate. She’s really sweet and considerate, and she keeps to herself mostly because she has an internship that has her out from 7 in the morning till the evening, so on the weekdays, you’ll pretty much have the whole place to yourself!
It’s a great place for someone who is looking for convenience and space. You’re going to be hard pressed to find an apartment that is fully furnished, spacious, and inexpensive as UC.
If you’re a UNCC student, It’s right across campus, so it’s a great off-campus option if you don’t have a car or looking to save 💰money on ⛽gas and an on-campus parking pass. Harris Teeter and Target is easily two minutes down the road and Trader Joes is a measly ten. The only additional expense I pay is parking which is $. And I have yet to have problems finding a parking, as I always manage to find space three steps away from my apartment.
The way the building is laid out means that it’s a secure location. During the summer months, I like to open up the balconet to let it the sun. It’s a 🚶 walk in closet, so you have lots of space. The leasing and maintenance people are amazing! They are prompt and always deliver on a request or concern you have.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
