Looking to sublease my apartment as soon as possible. This is a great find! Have been here for a few months, so the rent is a lot lower than what the incoming rooms cost. It includes a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and 🚶 walk-in closet. This unit is located on the first floor, bedroom B, which means that it is separate from the other three rooms. The kitchen and living are open concept, leading to a juliet balcony. Large windows in all rooms, including the bedroom. Ceiling fans in all room. Laundry/ dryer/ and all kitchen appliances included. The rent is monthly, and includes all utilities except 💡electricity. I, personally, have never paid more than a month to live here. The complex includes swimming 🏊 pool access, a gym, and a dog park.
