Hi! My roommate and I are currently looking for any 👨 male(s) interested in one/two bedrooms in the same 4BR/4BR apartment unit. Each unit is $/m. We are moving due to job location after graduation. The Edge is 🚶 walking distance to classes at UNC Charlotte with the campus 🚌 bus stop right outside the 🌉 gate to the complex. The apartment is a third floor unit closest to the 🌉 gate/path to campus for an easier 🚶 walk. It is also conveniently placed beside a basketball court and close to the 🏊 pool, gym, and volleyball court. no one lives above us so there aren&#;t any noise problems. There are currently two other 👨 maleroommates occupying the other bedrooms, but they are easy to get along with and rarely home throughout the day. The bedrooms are furnished with a bed frame, mattress, 2 dressers, desk, desk chair, and large 🚶 walk-in closets. The living space is also furnished with a large sectional couch, coffee table, entertainment center, HD📺 tv, and bar stools. This space has been more than ideal for us the past 2 and a half years, with great management, maintenance, spacious parking, and easy access to campus. Let me know if interested!
