May 2019: Since I've been there the pool has never opened on time. The first year it didn't open at all. The pictures of the apt is for show. The real ones are run down and old. Its hard too get things fixed. My over hasn't worked since I moved in 3 years ago and all they say is it isn't something they fix. Three different management also. We have never never miss the rental payment never giving these people a problem at all but every time I turn around we are having issues with this unit and everybody acts like it's normal. During the winter time we had to stop running out Heat and purchase a space heater and the electricity bill was still Sky High. We've reported that the heater was overheating and admitting this foul odor in the air we were afraid of, carbon monoxide poisoning so we stopped running the Heat. This issue was reported several times we were told it was normal. Now hear the weather is getting hot and the AC unit is leaking, our carpet is what and it stinks it's spreading all over the living room. Do not move here not worth it. Prices are going up but nothing is getting fixed! Old appliances with new appliances prices. Been a good tenant paid my rent every month. But it is not the same. I had the flu for a week long and when I called her to explain my situation she listened she voiced her opinion on what I should do. I’ve read some of the comments on this website and trust me when I say you can’t believe everything you hear bc she is a very caring and understanding property Manager, Very professional and have a big heart for single parents the run into bumps in the road sometimes !!!!! Cherokee is by far my "favorite" of the Property Managers I've encountered in my 3 years of living here. She's making this complex a better place one day at a time. As a new Apartment Management they handle residents like a over priced Mom & Pop store.
1 star is too good for them....They hired a out of state third party billing service to install meters when they got here to over charge people for water as much $107-$200 or more per month and increased rent every year then lied and said they'd fly someone in from Guardian Water -(A out of state third party billing service) to check water meter. They were very rude at the office when i went to renew my least at the office for no reason....these idiot Review from GoogleOct 2017: Living here was basically a nightmare until there was a change in the staff. The new manager lady is AWESOME ! She's very understanding and does her job very well. She definitely brought organization, professionalism, and structure to Sharon Pines. She not only does her job as a manager role but she is also compassionate. This is more than a job to her. The previous staff was very rude and unorganized.
