This will be a lease takeover!! I have a bedroom in a 4 bed/4 bath apartment for rent. I am looking to move out by the end of this month because I am going abroad for the spring semester (starts 1//), but I will be out by the end of this month (//). The apartment is fully furnished. It comes with a couch and a matching chair, kitchen table, washer and dryer, ☢ ☢ microwave, and dishwasher. The bedroom is fully furnished as well. It has a bed, desk, and dresser. The closet is a nice size and so is the bedroom. All utilities are included also; power, 🌊 🌊 water, and wifi (I bought a router that I will be leaving). The bathroom is huge compared to other apartments. I have 2 other roommates. One is a student at CPCC and the other is a grad student at UNCC. They are both 👨 👨 guys. They are both cool, chill 👨 👨 guys. They both stay to themselves. I&#;ve never had a problem with either of them. They are quiet and don&#;t cause any disturbances at all.
Now about the complex itself. It is a 🌉 🌉 gated community, so there is a card you scan to get in. There is security there too. I have never felt unsafe. It has a nice 🊠🏊 pool area with a barbecue too. The clubhouse has a gym, game room, computer access, free printing, etc. There is also a basketball court, tennis court, and beach volleyball court. There is also a small place that people take their dogs. There is plenty of parking, I have never had a problem with finding a spot to park (visitor parking included!) There is also a 🚠🚌 shuttle to take students to UNCC! I’m not sure if it goes to other schools, but I’m sure it does
