Nov 2015: It think is good, so far, thought it was going to be better, but apartments look really nice , clean I like that part a lot, but inot service a little disappointed, hope it will get better. But after all is good,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, it will get better I know ,,, have good day

Nov 2015: They just need lighting at the entrance at night. If a person is not familiar with area, they pass the entrance. I've had family members experience that.
Also, people are still not picking up after their dog. I watched a few times to see if they would and they would let their dog do their business and keep walking.
Other than that, I really enjoy my apartment.

Dec 2014: I live at Halton Park now and I'm SO tired of the noisy neighbors, above and next door. Plus, all the garbage in the hallways. It's living in a friggin low rent place only it's not low rent.
don't bother wasting your time calling the office about anything because they rarely answer and when they do they don't do squat about noise. I called twice about the same loud neighbor and their response was "we knocked on the door and nobody answered". Really? No duh. They have a peep hole and knew why you were there.
Do not move here unless you love a noisy neighborhood with trash all over.

Jul 2014: I would recommend that the staff notify future residents that the community is largely inhabited by college students (it was back when I lived there) so they know what to expect in their neighbors.
MY ISSUE is that I talked to the property manager about painting my apartment. I explained to her what my decor plans were, and she said it was okay to do so. After painting, she and a member of maintenance came to my place and saw what I had done. When I saw her again, she complimented the painting and accenting I had done, and asked that I leave the place painted when I move out so she could use my unit as a model for show. So that is what I did. Then, after purchasing a home and moving out, I received a bill for $1200 for painting of the apartment back to original color!

Jun 2014: Friendly staff. Very responsive to maintenance requests. Good value--fairly new and spacious units for a reasonable price. Really nice amenities--loved the gym. A little noisy--there's a very busy train line close by. Other than the noise, I don't have any other complaints. It was a good place to live for a year as a grad student!
