We have Colville town homes (3 bedroom 2 and 3 bath) and Colville Gardens (2br 2 bath). Town homes are $ everything included for all 3 residents (not each). Residents decide how to split the entire rent depending on room size and/or private or shared bath. Gardens vary from $-$1, depending on what floor unit is on for both 2 residents (not each) and is split up depending on how residents decide to as one room is larger than the other. Colville is located about a block and a half from campus, behind Haven. We are taking deposits for August Fall move-in, however if you need a room/s now contact us to see if we have any availability. Our room mate matching system is better than on campus or the expensive places- no surprises you will know who you will be living with, which takes the anxiety out it! -If mom or dad have questions please tell them not to hesitate to reach out to us!
