Campus Walk Condos are just off the UNCC campus (within Walking distance - no UNCC parking pass needed.). These are individually owned condos, so there are many different owners with three of the larger management companies being UNCCcondos (704-734-9651), LSM Properties (704-547-0330), and University Rentals (704-510-1993) (see ads for current openings).
