Looking to sublease my bedroom at blvd. I live in a 2 bedroom on the second floor, right above the main entrance. My reason for leaving is that I started a new job and need a bigger space. My roommate is very quiet and you won’t even notice that he is there. The apartment isn’t bad, I just want to move closer to south Charlotte. Rent is $ typically, but I am cool with $ just so I can get this off of my hands.
