Hello! My name is Precious and I am planning on subleasing my room in a 3 person townhouse. I am graduating in May and I plan on leaving Charlotte after I graduate. It is a very spacious room and closet and a decent sized bathroom. The apartment comes fully furnished and it is updated as well with great appliances and furniture. My bedroom is located upstairs in the townhouse and it&#;s on the backside which prevents hearing a lot of noises.
