Need a cheap place to stay for the summer AND upcoming school year?
Must be a 👩 female (preferably college student). I am looking to sign over my lease at Place apartments. 4 bedroom (but only two other people live there) you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. You will share a kitchen and living room. Last week new floors and kitchen appliances were installed. More spacious than most student living. Community amenities include recently renovated 🏊 pool, clubhouse, gym, basketball court, volleyball court and dog park. The complex also provides a 🚌 shuttle to and from UNCC. Rent is all inclusive so utilities, 🌊 water,⛽gas, 💡electric,cable and WiFiincluded in the monthly rent price.
If you’re just looking for somewhere to stay during the summer you could also take over my lease. You would have to find someone to take over for the school year but that is not hard since the rent is so cheap.
Summer rent (May, June & July ) = $
August - July rent = $
