Looking for a UNC student to sublease my room for the remainder of my lease (through July). The unit has a kitchen, living room, laundry room, patio, and four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The bedroom also has a spacious closet and is furnished. The two other students currently living here are great roommates; they are very tidy, nice, and not disruptive! We also have very speedy internet; even with all of us on zoom lectures all day, none of us have had any problems. The neighborhood is quiet and a 🚍 bus stop is a minute&#;s 🚶 walk away, where the J 🚍 bus can take you to north campus in minutes.
Extra note: There is a second room available to sublease in this unit, so please let me know if you are interested in that room as well!
