Hi everyone! I am currently a rising sophomore that attended UNC-Chapel Hill last fall. Unfortunately, I am transferring to another institution this upcoming fall, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Union Chapel Hill. I have signed a lease with three other 👩 girls who are also rising sophomores, and the lease is for a 4B4.5B Townhouse of square feet. The rent would be $, which is around $ less than the current rent since we signed it early on. You would have access to your own room as well as Union&#;s amenities such as their gym, sauna, 🏊 pool, and rooftop. There is also a 🚍 shuttle that goes to and from campus every day, which makes commuting really convenient. The townhouse is fully furnished, and everything looks really new and put together.
