Price may be negotiable. Looking for a UNC student to sublease my room in a D bedroom, 4 bathroom Union Apartment for Summer because I am planning on studying abroad. The ⌚time frame will be from Mid May to July st, but May will be negotiable based on when the other sublease moves out. Luckily, May&#;s month will be paid for by the previous sublease, so only June and July will need to be paid. The room that I am subleasing includes your own bathroom and closet, which is in the bottom left of the photo (room A). My three 👨 maleroommates are really friendly and courteous to personal needs, they may also be subleasing their rooms, or may not be there in the summer. The rent is $, with utilities usually being $ at most. Union apartments includes amenities like the gym, swimming 🏊 pool, etc. Also, it includes a kitchen, laundry utilities, and is fully furnished.
