Hi! Looking for a 👩 female UNC student to take over my lease at Union Chapel Hill Apartments, for Spring and continuing into the summer until July st. The floor plan is C1.1, and it’s a corner unit on the top resident floor, so very little sound from surrounding apartments. Rent is $1,, with utilities usually around $. The apartment is shared with two other 👩 femaleroommates.
Union has a lot of amenities, including a 🏊 pool, lots of study space, in unit washer/dryer, volleyball court, arcade, 🎥 movie room, rooftop terrace, gym, and more. There is parking available and it is an additional fee, however there are a few places close by that sell parking spots. The apartments are about a minute 🚶 walk from campus or a few minutes 🚍 bus ride. The 🚍 bus stops right in front of the apartment and there is also a resident 🚍 shuttle available.
The room comes with a bed, desk, four storage drawers under the bed, and one rolling drawer set. The bedroom also gets a lot of nice light, and the closet and bathroom is quite spacious.
My roommates are friendly and 🎇clean, and our apartment is LGBTQ+ friendly.
