Ladies only! My roommates are 2 UNC graduate students and one graduating this May. The apartment is in Courtyard Lofts, which is a prime location and a short 🚶 walk to campus. The rent is $ and utilities are about $ a month. This will be the end of my lease, so you will have the room with my furniture but we will negotiate how that works out.
