Hi 👨 guys! I’ll be subleasing a private bedroom in Shortbread lofts for the next semester. You could move in mid-December or January. Shortbread lofts is right off of Franklin street, so the location is great for 🚶 walking to class (about minutes) and 🍔 restaurants in the area. The room has 2 gigantic windows facing Rosemary street, a private bathroom, and an oversized closet. It is completely furnished, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, great security and maintenance team that are so responsive and kind, gym, rooftop deck, and a study lounge.
You’d be living with 2 junior 👩 girls that both like working out, being with friends, and staying motivated with school work. They are both super considerate of common spaces! One in pre-med and one is business.
