I am looking to lease my shortbread single in a three bedroom apartment next school year. I’m looking to lease either (July ‘- June ‘) OR fall semester for someone studying abroad in the Spring (Aug ‘- Jan ‘). You’d have your own bathroom, and two massive windows facing Carborro. You’d live with two really easy going, rising junior roommates. They both are in Greek life (Alpha Phi and Phi Mu), but are involved in many extracurriculars too! One is a biology major and the other is in Keenan Flagler. They both ❤️love working out, staying motivated with school work and are very considerate of common spaces. Rent is $ monthly, all utilities, wifi, amenities (rooftop garden/study lounge/gym) included. I currently rent a parking space right across Rosemary Street for an additional $ monthly; that’s optional for any takers.
