I am graduating in May and I&#;m looking for a someone to sublet my apartment from between May 9-July . My apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is on the 2nd floor. I have already purchased the washer and dryer and had them installed, so those are included as well. We&#;re in a nice location with a balcony that views a wooded area and there are several neighborhoods around, where you can go on 🚶 walks. It&#;s right next to two different 🚌 bus stops, which have busses running to UNC campus and the Chapel Hill area daily. Before the pandemic, I used them to get to campus every day and they were convenient. It takes about minutes to get to campus driving (~3miles) and on the 🚌 bus (depending on the day and traffic). You would have the master bedroom, with windows facing a forest, your own bathroom, and 3 closets. My roommate is a masters student and is quiet, 🎇clean, and courteous. I can send you her contact information if you&#;re interested, as you would be rooming with her. The price listed doesn&#;t include utilities, which will be roughly $/mo (internet, energy, 🌊 water, trash).
